With the development of mobile TV services, the large-scale coverage of 4G networks by various operators, and the comprehensive 4G services, coupled with the popularization of 4G smartphones, users are becoming accepting and relying on mobile Internet video services. Meanwhile users put forward higher requirements for mobile video services, such as high-definition picture quality, rich content, and timely push. The application of H265 coding technology is currently the main coding technology for a high-definition video to improve bitstream transmission, increase coding quality, delay and algorithm complexity, increase compression efficiency, and optimize storage space. Therefore, based on the existing CMS, a set of high-definition business support platforms belonging to the customers are developed to better support the back-end operations, streaming media services, and portal services of the high-definition business of operators in various provinces.
