Customer Success Specialist
Responsibilities
1. Insight into the user lifecycle, providing proactive services for customers at different stages, maintaining long-term customer relationships, and providing assistance for customers to successfully use the product; 2. Responsible for maintaining the company's paying customers and completing sales tasks based on existing customers (renewal&additional purchases); 3. Being able to accurately identify and understand customer needs, and provide comprehensive solutions based on user needs to enhance customer engagement and usage depth.
Job Requirements
1. More than 2 years of customer success experience, familiar with the relevant processes and tools for customer success; 2. Independently responsible for SaaS renewal or with sales background, familiar with sales processes and techniques; 3. Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients from different backgrounds and needs; 4. Passionate about clients and successful work, with high work enthusiasm and sense of responsibility.
