Junior college:
7 years for computer major
8 years for non computer major;
Bachelor degree: 6 years for computer major and 7 years for non computer major;
1. Be proficient in container technology (Docker, containerd) and Kubernetes ecology, and have experience in operation and maintenance of production environment;
2. Proficient in Linux operating system, familiar with shell/Python and other scripting languages, and able to quickly locate system and network problems;
3. Be familiar with cloud native technology stack (such as Service Mesh, Prometheus, Istio, etc.), and have experience in the construction of Zhongtaihua is preferred;
4. Have certain Java development ability, be able to read code and participate in infrastructure optimization;
5. Understand the principle of distributed system, and be familiar with high concurrency and high availability architecture design.

Bonus items:
1. Have experience in large model related technologies (such as LLM training framework, distributed training acceleration, model deployment optimization, etc.);
2. Master Go/Python and other languages, and have experience in development of operation and maintenance tools.
