Analyze business needs, design solutions, coordinate and communicate with each other and promote project implementation, link business departments and technical teams to ensure that both parties understand and align;

1. Experience in financial system construction (accounting engine, collection and payment, fee control, fund platform, etc.);
2. Be able to write requirements and design documents;
3. Have project management ability;
4. IT technology background and insurance industry experience are preferred.
